What We Believe In

At Wholistic Circle, we believe that a healthy body and mind is the foundation in which all other areas of a person’s life will flourish. It is far easier to maintain health rather than have to regain it, which is why we focus on empowerment through education to provide our clients and community with the knowledge and tools to live a healthy and happy life. When the body or mind is in a state of dis-ease, we gently work with our clients to address the root causes and build out habits that will guide them to sustainably maintain a healthy lifestyle. We are guided by living in harmony with nature and our pillars of health: Nourish Intentionally, Move Joyfully, and Connect Mindfully. When each individual leads a healthy and happy life from the inside out, it creates a ripple effect touching the lives of those around them, impacting the community and beyond.

Education

Learning and understanding about your relationship to your body and food empowers you to be self-reliant and confident.

Prevention

It is easier to maintain health then it is to regain it. Nourishing your body and mind daily can help prevent chronic conditions.

Lifestyle

Health is a way of living and is an ongoing journey that requires consistency and for you to show up in all areas of your life.

Community

Connecting with like-minded individuals can elevate your life, bring a sense of belonging, and foster a built-in support system.

Meet Melissa Rhiann

Holistic Health Coach & Educator

Melissa Rhiann is the founder and mastermind of Wholistic Circle. Throughout her life, she dealt with frequent UTIs and yeast infections, hormonal imbalances, chronic bacterial infections, gut issues, and mood disorders. Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and disappointed with the answers and solutions provided by healthcare professionals, Melissa embraced her curiosity to understand the root cause of her issues and took matters into her own hands. For over 10 years, she’s been continually educating herself about various holistic health modalities. Melissa is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, currently a student of Ayurveda, and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She loves helping people discover their connection with their kitchens and the healing wisdom of plant medicine (aka FOOD!) She created Wholistic Circle to build a community and space for women to gain access to simplified health information and empower them to transform their lives.

Our Pillars of Health

Nourish Intentionally

The food you consume becomes the building blocks of your body and influences how you think, feel, and act. We are not here to overwhelm you with diet trends or tell you what foods are good for you and which are not. Rather we are here to guide and educate you to understand your relationship with food so you feel empowered and confident when you do make food choices.

Move Joyfully

It’s no secret that exercise is good for you. However, have you ever considered if the exercises you perform are what is best for your overall well being or why you might not be able to stick to a workout routine? Understanding your body type and being in sync with your cycle will help to determine how to bring more joy and consistency to your workout routines.

Connect Mindfully

Food and movement are important to live a healthy life, however, there is more to it. Holistic health means to view a person as a whole being that includes your emotional and mental health, your relationship with yourself and others, your spirituality, your career and purpose, your finances, and so much more. Each of these play an integral part in your overall wellbeing.
