The Coaching Process

Working one-on-one with a Holistic Health Coach will help to simplify your health journey by providing you with the support and guidance needed to make changes and build long-lasting habits. Before you dive into working with a Holistic Health Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to sit and talk about what is currently going on with your health, where you want to see yourself, and how they can support you. This will help you get to know your Holistic Health Coach and vice versa to understand whether you will both be a good fit to work together. From there, you will have the opportunity to choose a coaching package that fits your needs. During your time with your Holistic Health Coach, you will be guided through the processes outlined below to optimize your time and get started on becoming the healthiest version of you!
Pre-Consultation: During your complementary session, you’ll discuss your current state of health, what your health and fitness goals are, and get to know your coach to understand how you’ll work together to be supported to achieve your goals.
Health History: Complete a health history form to assist your coach in gaining a better understanding of your medical history. This will help to guide them in the best direction to offer you guidance and support in your health and fitness goals.
Wholistic Wheel: We are holistic beings, meaning that health and fitness is only one facet of what brings us true well-being. The Wholistic Wheel is a self-assessment tool to help you identify where you currently are in the various areas of your life.
Identify Goals: Identify your goals to help to determine unhealthy habits and develop strategies to overcome any challenges. This will provide accountability, ensure that progress is being made, and encourage long-term success.
Align Values: Identify and understand what your values are, what matters most to you, to help you align with and achieve your health goals. Your values drive you and determine how far you will go to reach your destination (aka goals).
Personalized Plan: You are unique and so are your health goals. Your health coach will design a personalized plan that it is specific to you and your needs. This plan will also be tailored in a way to help you develop sustainable, lifelong habits.
Throughout your Holistic Health Coaching experience, you may begin to feel fully supported and empowered, gain new tools and knowledge, and cultivate a new relationship with yourself and food. Remember that you are a holistic being and that diet and exercise are only one facet of optimal wellness. You may dive into topics such as emotional wellbeing, stress management, mental wellness, relationships and much more. We offer three different Holistic Health Coaching packages that are outlined below to accommodate your needs and the duration you feel comfortable working with, ranging from twelve to twenty-four weeks or just three simple sessions.

Holistic Health Coaching Packages

Right now: You “know what to do” when it comes to your health but you can’t seem to hold yourself accountable or find the motivation. You feel that you fell off the health bandwagon a couple of months ago, maybe even a year or a few, and you are at the point of being sick and tired of being sick and tired.
You want: Accountability, simplicity and support. You want something that will get you back on track without long-term commitment and get results you can see.
You’ll get: A better understanding and insight on what is and isn’t working for you, a customized nutrition and lifestyle plan, and the accountability you need between your three sessions to succeed.
Right now: You’ve done dealing with your health complaint you’ve had for a while but haven’t been able to manage. You have either worked with medical professionals, tried various avenues on your own, or don’t know where to start. You’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly just frustrated with where your health is.
You want: Transformation and change. You want to feel vibrant, energized and healthy. You want specific guidance to regain confidence in your body and life.
You’ll get: A customized nutrition and lifestyle plan to implement and practice making changes, bi-weekly virtual check-ins, and session summaries (to keep and reference) for the 3 or 6 months together.
Right now: You keep saying, “Monday, I’m getting back on track and will start eating better again.” Weeks go by and your work, kids, and everything else keeps getting in the way. You’ve worked with Melissa before, but if only you had more time, a gentle nudge and guidance, or a better plan, you’d restore your health routine.
